Memphis and Wichita State both picked up wins in American Athletic Conference men's basketball action on Sunday, February 9.

Xavier Bell led Wichita State with 26 points as the Shockers went on the road to defeat South Florida, 75-70, while the Tigers avenged their lone conference loss this season by defeating Temple, 90-82, at home.
