East Carolina and North Texas picked up American Athletic Conference men's basketball wins on Tuesday, February 11. The Pirates took down the Blazers, 82-75, behind 29 points from C.J. Walker and 23 points from RJ Felton. With that result, coupled with the Mean Green's 67-61 win over Rice, meant that North Texas moved back into second place in The American's standings.
