Memphis Using Applied and Hands-On Education Process to Improve Athlete Nutritional Knowledge and Dietary Habits
To improve the health and wellness of collegiate student-athletes through a unique nutrition education course by specifically targeting areas identified by college coaches as limitations to student-athlete nutrition behavior; that is, the ability to identify and prepare cost effective, time efficient, and nutritious meals at their home.
