Julieanne DiMattia joined the American in 2025 as Director of Partnership Strategy and Solutions.

In her role, she leads the creation and execution of sponsorship platforms and partner solutions designed to drive revenue, elevate brand visibility, and enhance fan engagement across the conference’s events and digital channels. She works closely with internal departments and external partners to develop innovative, marketable programs that align with institutional and corporate objectives.

DiMattia came to the American from The Players’ Tribune, where she served as Associate Director of Athlete + Brand Marketing and oversaw a wide range of brand initiatives, events, and campaigns. She also spent several years at Malka Sports and IMG College, managing content and marketing activations for national brands such as Showtime, Twitch, Pepsi, Michelob Ultra, and Weber Shandwick. Her background includes extensive experience in sponsorship strategy, digital media, and athlete-driven storytelling.

A native of New Jersey, DiMattia earned her bachelor’s degree in psychology with a minor in educational studies from Fairfield University, where she was a member of the women’s lacrosse program.
