Maria Trivelpiece joined the American Conference staff in September of 2024 as Director of Video Communications and Reporter.

Trivelpiece serves as the primary on-air talent for confrence programming and is a liaison with ESPN and member schools to support the implementation and integration of original content on behalf of the conference.

Before joining the American, Trivelpiece served as Multimedia Journalist for the Patriot League for three years. She was the Patriot League's primary front-facing talent for original content and at conference championships.

Trivelpiece additionally worked as a sports and multimedia journalist at WAGM-TV in Presquie Isle, Maine, where she anchored the nightly sports segment.

She has also provided commentary and sideline reporting for the Big East Conference and on Fox Sports softball telecasts. She was a production associate at the ACC Network and worked on New England Patriots content for WPRI-TV in Providence, Rhode Island.

Trivelpiece graduated from Fordham University with bachelor's degrees in journalism and psychology, while she also holds a bachelor's degree in broadcast and digital journalism from Syracuse University. She was an all-conference softball player at Fordham, where she earned four varsity letters and served as team captain.
