ORLANDO, Fla. (AP) -- Tacko Fall scored 20 points, grabbed 12 rebounds, and tallied his 100th career blocked shot to lead Central Florida to a 71-41 win over Bethune-Cookman on Wednesday night.
Fall finished with two total blocks, and now sits fifth all-time in school history. Matt Williams added 17 points, including 5 of 11 from long range, for the Knights (9-3), who open conference play next Wednesday at Tulane.
Six different Knights grabbed five-plus rebounds and UCF held a 53-22 advantage on the glass overall.
Jeffrey Altidort was the lone Wildcat to score in double figures, finishing with 11 points. Bethune-Cookman (3-10) has lost three straight and all eight of its road games.
UCF had a 14-point lead at the half and a Williams 3 made it 46-24 with 16:37 left in the game. A Chad Brown layup about six minutes later pushed the lead over 30 and UCF cruised from there.
Memphis 95, Incarnate Word 71
MEMPHIS, Tenn. (AP) -- Dedric Lawson had 25 points and 12 rebounds, his brother K.J. added 20 points and 12 boards, and Memphis beat Incarnate Word 95-71 on Wednesday night.
Keon Clergeot added 23 points, making 6 of 7 from the field, including all four of his 3-point attempts, and hitting all seven of his free throws.
The Tigers (9-3) never trailed, led 54-34 at halftime and extended to their largest lead at 93-61 with 3:32 to play. The Cardinals (5-6) closed on a 10-2 burst, one of their strongest runs of the night.
Memphis opened by outscoring Incarnate Word 15-3 in the first 5:14. Incarnate Word closed to 23-20, but the Tigers answered with 18 straight points and led by at least 15 points from there.
Jalin Hart led the Cardinals with 18 points. Shawn Johnson and Simi Socks added 13 points each, Tyler Singleton scored 12 and Sam Burmeister 10.
Houston 77, Liberty 54
HOUSTON (AP) -- Damyean Dotson and Rob Gray scored 22 points each and Houston pulled away from Liberty in the second half to beat the Flames 77-54 on Wednesday night.
Dotson added 10 rebounds for his fourth double-double this season and 10th of his career. Gray turned in his seventh 20-point game this season and 14th in his career.
Wes Van Beck added 13 points and Danrad Knowles 10 for the Cougars (9-2), who have won three straight and four of their last five.
Houston, which led by one at halftime, used a 20-2 run over 6 1/2 minutes to break the game open, 72-52, with four minutes to go. Dotson had nine of his second-half points in the run.
Liberty did not have a field goal over the final 10:58 of the game, scoring only on a pair of free throws.
Ryan Kemrite had 15 points and Lovell Cabbil 14 for the Flames (5-8).
