Highlights

• UCF notched its first win of the season on Saturday, defeating Jacksonville, 4-1, in Orlando. Matias Pyysalo scored the final two goals for the Knights to secure the win.

• Ryan Melink scored his first carer goal in Cincinnati's 1-0 shutout of Bowling Green Saturday afternoon at Gettler Stadium. Keeper Pedro Diaz collected his third clean sheet of the season with the win.

• Andrew Geres tallied a career-best five points Saturday in UConn's 5-1 win over Loyola (Md.). Abdou Mbacke Thiam scored twice for the Huskies, who outscored the Greyhounds 13-4.

• Jorge Gomez Sanchez scored a hat trick in Temple's 4-0 win over Fairfield Saturday in Philadelphia. The senior finished with seven points in the shutout win.
