Highlights

UCF played the final 42 minutes down a man and earned a 2OT draw Saturday at No. 14 West Virginia, 0-0. The draw was the first result for the Knights against a ranked foe since a 2-2 2OT draw at No. 24 UConn (10/5/13).

• Freshman Austin DaSilva tallied his first-career goal for UConn Saturday night as Huskies played No. 18 Georgetown to a 1-1 (2OT) draw at Joseph J. Morrone Stadium. DaSilva gave UConn the early lead in the 14th minute before the Hoyas tied things up with a goal midway through the first half.

• Philip Ponder's first career goal couldn't have come at a better time as he scored the game-winning goal in the 86th minute to give SMU a 1-0 victory over Santa Clara Saturday night at Stevens Stadium. It was the Mustangs' first win over the Broncos since 1994 and just their second win in the series.

• Rollie Rocha scored two goals off penalty kicks leading Tulsa to a 2-0 win over No. 1/1 Stanford on Saturday night at Laird Q. Cagan Stadium at Maloney Field in Stanford, Calif. It was the second win over a top-ranked opponent in program history, which also came against Stanford in 2002. Rocha’s first PK was scored at the 31:40 mark, while his second score was in the 58th minute. He now has three goals on the season, the most for a Tulsa player.
