Highlights

• Junior forward Abdou Mbacke Thiam scored his sixth goal of the season Tuesday as UConn shutout Providence, 1-0, at Morrone Stadium. Keeper Scott Levene made six saves in the net. The Huskies are 3-0-2 over their last five games.

• Sophomore midfielder David Sanz scored three points for Cincinnati in the Bearcats' 2-0 shutout of Green Bay Tuesday evening at Gettler Stadium. Cincinnati is unbeaten in four of its last five matches and improved to 3-1-1 in home games this year.

• Rookie Josue Monge scored the equalizing goal for USF Tuesday night in a road match at No. 8/7 Louisville as the Bulls played the Cards to a 1-1 draw at Lynn Stadium. Monge, who scored his first career tally, found the back of the net in the 55th minute. Goalkeeper Christian Knight made a career-best eight saves in 110 minutes of action.
