UConn 98, Tulane 45
UConn (20-0, 9-0 The American) defeated Tulane (11-10, 3-5 The American) 98-45 Saturday to start 20-0 for the 11th time in program history. Katie Lou Samuelson scored 19 points to lead the the Huskies, while Kia Nurse added 14 points in the contest. Napheesa Collier and Gabby Williams chipped in 13 points apiece. 

Kayla Manu finished with 13 points in the contest to led Tulane in scoring. 

ECU 79, Cincinnati 70
ECU (8-6, 3-5 The American) beat Cincinnati (9-5, 5-3 The American) in a 79-70 overtime thriller Saturday. The PIrates had five players finish in double figures for the first time since Nov. 2015. Thais Oliveira led the Pirates in scoring with 18 points. Alex Frazier (16), Lashonda Monk (15), Salita Greene (10) and Dominique Claytor (10). 

Ana Owens had 15 points and seven rebounds to lead the Bearcats.

Wichita State 77, Memphis 64
Behind a game-high 22-point performance from Rangie Bessard, Wichita State (10-12, 5-3 The American) handed Memphis (7-13, 2-6 The American) a 77-64 loss Saturday afternoon. The Shockers moved its win-streak to five games. Cesaria Ambrosio tallied a career-high 19 points on 7-of-10 shooting.  Diamond Lockhart stuffed the stat sheet again, finishing with 17 points, seven rebounds and six assists.

Brea Elmore led the Tigers in double figuring scoring with 15 points, while Cheyenne Creighton (14), Taylor Barnes (13), Jada Stinson (12) and Alana Davis (10) round out the double-digit scoring for Memphis. 

Houston 60, SMU 56
A late fourth-quarter comeback helped Houston (16=6, 5-3 The American) edge SMU (7-`4, 1-7 The American) 60-56 Saturday. A trio of players finished with double figures for the Cougars including, Jasmyne Harris (15), Angela Harris (13) and Serithia Hawkins (12). Hawkins also added a game-best 10 rebounds in the contest.

The Mustangs had a pair of players reach double figures in the game, including a game-high 19 points from McKenzie Adams. Kiara Perry added 12 points, and Klara Bradshaw led SMU on the boards with seven rebounds.

UCF 47, Tulsa 44
Zakiya Saunders produced her second-consecutive 20-point perofrmance after UCF (14-7, 6-2 The American) clinched a 47-44 win over Tulsa (8-13, 2-6 The American) Saturday afternoon. Saunders' 20 points in the contest were a team-best. With the win, the Knights improve to second place in league standings.

Sophomore guard Shug Dickson led all scorers with 23 points, while Tyjae' Scales pulled down a game-high 14 rebounds.
