USF, Memphis and UCF have locked the 1-2-3 seeds, respectively, in this year's championship tournament. SMU and ECU have clinched spots in the postseason field while Temple has secured the No. 6 seed and will face third-ranked UCF in the quarterfinals.
ECU hosts UConn on Sunday, Oct. 28, at 1 p.m., as the Pirates need a win to secure the No. 4 spot in the women's soccer championship tournament. A tie or loss keeps them at five and SMU would stay in the four spot. Either way, the two teams will square off in a quarterfinal matchup.
