Tori Stafford and Morgan Neal each had three hits and a pair of RBIs on the day as Tulsa defeated Nebraska, 6-5, in eight innings before a 4-0 win over Kansas on Saturday afternoon on the second day of the Rock Chalk Challenge. With the wins, the Golden Hurricane improved to 17-8 on the season and the squad has won seven of its last eight games. Chenise Delce had six strikeouts in a shutout of the Jayhawks to move her record to 6-3, while Kassidy Scott improved to 5-1 with the victory against the Huskers.
 
UCF 9, Stetson 1; UCF 6, Stetson 1
UCF scored 15 runs on 20 hits on the way to a pair of victories Saturday afternoon at Stetson to improve to 19-9 on the season. UCF took the first game, 9-1 in five innings followed by a 6-1 win for game two. Tamesha Glover led the Black and Gold offensively with five hits on the day including three doubles and a home run. Aubrey Johnson collected three hits and paced the squad with four RBI in the two games. Alea White picked up her 12th win of the season in the first game as she improves to 12-6 on the year. Breanna Vasquez grabbed UCF’s second win of the day to improve to 7-3 overall.
 
Memphis 5, Texas Tech 3; Memphis 8, Maine 2
Propelled by a pair of home runs by Ashley Threatt and Regan Hadley, Memphis garnered its first-ever top 10 victory Saturday afternoon over No. 10/13 Texas Tech by a score of 5-3. The Tigers then backed up the historical performance with an 8-2 win over Maine to improve to 14-12 overall.

Threatt registered her second home run of the season while Hadley's was her team-leading fourth home run. Delaney Smith led Memphis with two hits against Texas Tech, while Bayleigh Wisher improved to 5-1 with the win in relief. Jessie Lamb recorded a team-leading three hits and career-high three RBI in the win over Maine, while Samantha Ibison and Ryleigh Aungst each had two hits. Mariah Nichols improved to 5-6 overall with 4.1 innings of work and seven strikeouts against Maine.
 
ECU 11, Cornell 1; George Mason 4, ECU 3
ECU split a pair of games on the second day of the George Mason Invitational, routing Cornell 11-1 in five innings before falling to George Mason 4-3 in a bizarre eight-inning affair under the international tiebreaker rule. Whitney Sanford pitched all five innings in the opener, surrendering just one run on three hits with three walks and five strikeouts. Tyler King and Ashley Weingartz each posted two hits while Ashleigh Inae and Tate McClellan recorded three RBI apiece in the opener, while Rachel McCollum also notched a hit and drove in two runs. Erin Poepping was dealt the tough-luck loss in the nightcap, allowing four runs (two earned) on five hits with a career-high 12 strikeouts.
 
Wichita State 5, Towson 4; Minnesota 5, Wichita State 0
Wichita State claimed a 5-4 win over Towson on Saturday before falling in the nightcap to No. 21 Minnesota, 5-0. Madison Perrigan led the way offensively, totaling four hits with three RBI. Erin McDonald picked up her fifth win of the season in the victory against Towson to go with four strikeouts.
 
UConn 3, Fordham 1; UConn 7, South Dakota 0
UConn played a pair of games on Saturday at the Mercer Bears Classic, defeating Fordham 3-1 before a 7-0 win over South Dakota. The team posted several homers on the day, led by Briana Marcelino and Reese Guevarra. Marcelino tagged two homers, hitting one in each contest today. Guevarra nabbed her second homer of the season in the first matchup. Carli Culter joined her teammates in the hitting frenzy and powered out a triple in the second game. As a team the Huskies posted 18 hits on the day.
