In the only American Athletic Conference women's soccer game in the middle of this week, Cincinnati picked up an overtime win over Houston, 1-0, on Wednesday, March 24, in Cincinnati.

Kendall Battle jumped on a rebound off a shot by Sophie Gorman that was saved by Houston keeper Salma Ghazal in the 95th minute to give the Bearcats (3-4-0, 2-3-0 Ameircan Athletic Conference) the win. 

Cincinnati led in shots 17-7, and Ghazal made six saves for the Cougars (4-3-1, 1-3), while Cincinnati goalkeeper Anna Rexford saved Houston's only shot on goal.
