IRVING, Texas – The American Athletic Conference has announced the winners of the league’s men’s golf player of the week award, for the week ending Tuesday, March 30.

Noah Goodwin * Jr. * SMU
Goodwin claimed a share of fourth place for SMU to pace the squad during The Goodwin on March 25-27 at Stanford Golf Course in Stanford, California. The SMU junior fired rounds of 67-66-70 to finish at 7-under-par 203. Goodwin was one of 10 players in the 146-player field to shoot par or better in all three rounds and entered the final round in second place on the leaderboard. He paced the field in par-3 stroke average (2.80, -3) and par-5 stroke average (4.11, -8) and poured in 13 birdies for the week.
