American Squads Earn Twelve Friday Wins

American Athletic Conference volleyball teams came away with twelve wins on Friday night during tournament action across the country.  Florida Atlantic began the day with a 3-0 win over Le Moyne in Fort Meyers, Florida. The Owls held Le Moyne to a negative attack percentage for the match a -.013. Kaila Ru finished with 10 kills while hitting .615.  The day ended with a 3-2 SMU win over Texas Tech in Moody Coliseum. Jamison Wheeler had 19 kills against the Red Raiders, while Emma Clothier had 13.
