Four teams remained undefeated in conference play on Friday night as North Texas, Rice, South Florida and Wichita State all won their weekend opening matches.  Rice took down Tulsa in Tulsa in a battle of undefeated teams, 3-1. Four Owls reached double-digit kills in the win, led by Samarah Hill and Lademi Ogunlana who both finished with 17 kills.
