American softball teams concluded opening weekend with seven addtional wins on Sunday. Four teams remain undefeated following the first weekend of play - Florida Atlantic (6-0), Memphis (5-0), UTSA (5-0) and Wichita State (5-0). Additionally eight of the ten teams in The American conclude opening weekend with a winning record.
