Down to its final strike, USF walked-off on an RBI single from AnaMarie Bruni to defeat Memphis, 4-3. The Bulls improved to 27-21, 6-6 American while the Tigers fell to 23-21, 4-6 American.
After Memphis took a 3-2 lead in the top of the eighth inning, the Bulls put together a rally, starting with a one-out single from Lauren Evans. After a popup put two outs on the board, Cassidy Boyle drew a walk and was replaced by Kenya Yancy on the base paths.
Facing a 3-2 count, Bruni singled up the middle, plating Evans and Yancy to give USF the 4-3 victory.

Julia Hollingsworth, Maggie Withee, and Morgan Neal picked up RBIs for the Hurricane (31-13 Overall, 9-1 The American) en route to their fifth consecutive league win.
Emily Watson moved to 22-3 in the circle with 13 strikeouts while moving up multiple season and career record lists. The junior's 268 strikeouts mark the third most in a season by a Tulsa pitcher while her 517 career strikeouts passed Jordan Kinard (2008-11) for fourth-most all-time.
