PROVIDENCE, R.I. – The American Athletic Conference has announced the winners of its weekly men’s and women’s tennis honors for the week-ending March 10.

Grassi Mazzuchi extended his winning streaks in both singles and doubles play to seven matches as he scored a pair of singles wins at No. 2 in UCF’s victories against No.20 Texas Tech and Memphis. He delivered the clinching point in a 4-3 decision against Texas Tech with a three-set victory, 6-3, 4-6, 7-6 (2), while he added a straight set win, 7-6 (7), 6-1, in the Knights’ 4-1 victory against Memphis.

The 2020 American Athletic Conference Men’s and Women’s Tennis Championships will be held in April at the Michael D. Case Tennis Center on the campus of the University of Tulsa. The women’s championship takes place April 15-18, while the men’s championship will be played April 16-19.
