ORLANDO, Fla. – The UCF women's tennis team will begin the 2022 season with a preseason ranking of No. 12 in the ITA Preseason Top-25 Team Poll announced on Wednesday.
 
UCF is the highest-ranked Florida team in the poll and are set to face nine teams ranked in the preseason top 25, including top-ranked Texas.
 
The Knights are coming off a historic dual match season, in which they earned their second consecutive American Athletic Conference title on their way to an NCAA Sweet Sixteen berth in 2021.
