Memphis scored a nonconference doubleheader sweep, downing Alcorn State 4-3 and 11-2 in five innings on Wednesday.
 
Linsey Hargis led the Tigers with a 2-for-3 effort, including a solo home run, and two RBI in game one. Hargis added a 3-for-3 night with two RBI in the nightcap. Gracie Morton added a 3-for-4 game with two home runs, three RBI and three runs scored in game two.
 
Hallie Siems (7-11) allowed one earned run over seven innings of game one, walking three and striking out nine to earn the victory.
 
No. 23/20 UCF 2, North Florida 1
 
UCF raced out to an early lead and held on for a 2-1 win at North Florida on Wednesday night. The high-powered Knights offense was held to just three hits in the contest but pushed runs across in the first and third innings.
 
Shannon Doherty and Ashleigh Griffin each had an RBI in the win for UCF, with Jada Cody scoring both runs after reaching base twice.
 
Gianna Mancha (13-3) allowed just three hits in a complete game showing, forcing 12 flyouts in the triumph.
 
No. 1 Oklahoma 9, Tulsa 0 (5)
 
Tulsa dropped a 9-0 result in five innings at top-ranked Oklahoma. The Golden Hurricane was held to just three hits in the game and left five runners aboard.
 
Kylie Norwood was 2-for-3 with a double at the top of the Tulsa order. Rylee Keith added a double while reaching base safely twice in the game.
 
No. 6/7 Oklahoma State 4, Wichita State 1
 
No. 6/7 Oklahoma State outlasted Wichita State 4-1 in nonconference play on the road. The Shockers stranded seven runners aboard in the contest.
 
Krystin Nelson paced Wichita State with a 2-for-3 showing, and Neleigh Herring added a base hit and scored the run for the Shockers.
