The University of South Florida softball team split their Saturday double header with Marist and Iowa. The Bulls defeated Marist 6-2 and fell to Iowa 12-4. 
 
In the win over Marist, Payton Dixon pitched six innings, striking out seven batters, two shy of a career high. Antoinette Hill pitched the final inning, striking out one. In game two, Jaden Martinez pitched two innings and struck out one. Hill came in and pitched 2.2 innings, while Morgan Grubb and Lexie Kopko pitched 0.2 innings.
 
Baylor 8, Houston 5 – Box Score
The University of Houston softball team's comeback attempt fell short with #21/#20 Baylor earning an 8-5 win on Saturday afternoon at Getterman Stadium.
 
In her ninth start of the year, sophomore Taylor Edwards (3-5) earned the decision for Houston (12-15). Kaci West (4-1) tallied the win in the circle and Rylee Crandall earned her second save of the season for Baylor (21-5).
 
Ohio State 9, East Carolina 2 – Box Score
The East Carolina softball team was unable to figure out the Ohio State puzzle as the Pirates fell 9-2 to the Buckeyes on Saturday afternoon in the second day of the Jolly Roger Invite at Max R. Joyner Family Stadium.
 
Jayci Chamberlain and Taylor Edwards each tallied two hits to lead the Pirates (19-9) at the plate but ECU only managed five hits on the day compared to the Buckeyes' 14.
 
Indiana 6, Memphis 1 – Box Score
Northwestern State 15, Memphis 5 – Box Score
The Memphis softball team dropped back-to-back games Saturday, falling 6-1 to Indiana and 15-5 to Northwestern State. The Tigers (4-23) struggled to capitalize on hitting opportunities throughout the weekend.
 
In game one, Mikayla Hoschak got the start going 3.0 innings and recorded one strikeout. Hallie Siems would relieve Hoschak in the top of the fourth inning. Siems would go 4.0 innings and record three strikeouts. In game two, Hoschak got the start going 0.1 innings. Rylee Dugar came in as relief in the top of the first inning. Dugar went 1.1 innings and recorded one strikeout.
 
Arizona State 6, UCF 0 – Box Score
The UCF Knights softball team fell to No. 22 Arizona State on Saturday evening, 6-0 in Stillwater, Oklahoma. With the loss, the Knights fall to 18-15 on the season.
 
Sarah Willis (L, 5-3) started in the circle for the Knights, tossing 3.0 innings in the loss. She gave up four runs off three hits and four walks, while striking out five batters. Chloe Evans led the UCF offensive attack, going 2-for-3 at the plate.
 
Leading 1-0 in the fourth inning, the Sun Devils used a five-run fourth inning to extender their lead to 6-0, putting the game out of reach for UCF.
