The Wichita State softball team earned their first ranked win of the season on Thursday night, defeated No. 21 South Carolina 6-5 in Puerto Vallarta, Mexico. The Shockers used a four-run seventh inning to complete the rally and beat the Gamecocks. Addison Barnard and Bailey Urban had a pair of two RBI hits to left field to overcome the three-run seventh inning deficit.
