IRVING, Texas – The American Athletic Conference has announced the winners of its weekly men’s and women’s tennis honors for the week-ending February 26.
 
AMERICAN ATHLETIC CONFERENCE MEN’S TENNIS PLAYER OF THE WEEK
Juan Martin Jalif • Gr. • Florida Atlantic • Salta, Argentina
Jalif keyed No. 41 Florida Atlantic’s 4-1 win against UTSA with wins in both singles and doubles. He won a straight-set decision at No. 2 singles (6-3, 6-4), improving to 8-1 on the season, and paired with Alberto Colas for a 6-0 doubles win against UTSA’s top tandem, which is ranked No. 29 nationally.
