IRVING, Texas – The American Athletic Conference has announced the winners of its weekly tennis honors for the week-ending February 3.

Wang went 2-0 in singles and 1-1 in doubles as the Shockers split a pair of dual matches last week. She scored a three-set singles win at the No. 2 position with a 5-7, 6-2, 6-4 victory in a 5-2 loss at Kansas and followed with a 6-4, 6-3 victory at the No. 1 position in a 6-1 win at Kansas State. Wang’s only loss last week came in doubles to the Jayhawks’ tandem, which was ranked No. 53 nationally.
