South Florida's Llanes Takes Player Of The Week Honors Following 6-0 Week

IRVING, Texas – The American Athletic Conference has announced the winners of its weekly tennis honors for the week-ending March 10.
 
AMERICAN ATHLETIC CONFERENCE MEN’S TENNIS PLAYER OF THE WEEK
Toto Llanes • Jr. • South Florida
Llanes was a combined 6-0 in singles and doubles to lead South Florida to three key wins as the Bulls moved up to No. 23 in the ITA rankings. He had the clinching point in singles in a 4-0 win against UNC Wilmington with a 6-2, 4-6, 6-1 win at the No. 6 position. He added a straight-set win at No. 6 with a 6-3, 6-1 victory in a 7-0 win against Furman, and he delivered a three-set win (3-6, 6-4, 7-5) to secure the Bulls’ 6-1 win against No. 13 UCF. Llanes was unbeaten in doubles across the three matches, helping the Bulls improve to 11-3 on the year.
