IRVING, Texas – The American Conference has announced the weekly men’s and women’s tennis honors. 
  
Men’s Tennis Player of the Week 
Marek Pazdera, So., Florida Atlantic 
Pazdera posted a 5-0 record, including four wins against ranked opponents. He and teammate Mark Havlicek combined to post doubles wins over #62 Memphis and #71 Liberty. Pazdera also posted straight sets victories against Memphis, Liberty, and Delaware.  
 
Women’s Tennis Player of the Week 
Irmak Ozturk, So., Temple 
Ozturk went 4-0 for the Owls, going 2-0 in both singles and doubles. She posted straight sets triumphs in singles, and also partnered with teammate Tianni Zhou for doubles wins against Saint Joseph’s and Villanova.
