TALLAHASSEE, Fla. - USF women's soccer took a 1-0 lead in the first half before its historic season ended with a 3-1 loss at top-seeded FSU in the second round of the NCAA tournament on Friday.
No. 20/13 USF (15-4-0) made its third NCAA second-round appearance after setting a school record with five goals in a first-round victory over Albany at Corbett Stadium. The American Athletic Conference regular season champion Bulls were seeking their first-ever trip to the Sweet 16.

Six minutes later, the No. 5/4 Seminoles found the back of the net when they crossed into the box and senior Dallas Dorosey took one quick touch to send the ball in.
