UCF knocked No. 6/4 Tulsa from the ranks of the unbeaten, handing the Golden Hurricane its first loss of the season in a 3-2 decision in Orlando.
Following a scoreless first half, UCF got on the board at with a Nick Taylor goal at 50:22 for the 1-0 Knights lead. Taylor then served up Ariel Hadar for a goal at 55:05 to push UCF to 2-0. A Tom Protzek goal for Tulsa at 60:42 pulled the visitors within one at 2-1 before Lucca Dourado found the back of the net for UCF at 75:22 (3-1). Malik Henry-Scott contributed an unassisted goal for Tulsa at 82:19 to close the match’s scoring.
