- Houston dropped its Wednesday home game against No. 16/14 Texas A&M, 12-0 in six innings.
- Senior outfielder Katie St. Pierre led the Cougars with two of the three hits of the night. She has now reached base in 11 straight games dating back to last season. This is the second game this season that St. Pierre has recorded two hits.
- Freshman Elise LeBeouf had the Cougars third hit of the night as she knocked another single in her final at bat.
- Freshman Presley Bell (2-2) struck out three Aggies batters in six innings pitched for Houston.

For the second straight season, USF posted nine runs en route to a win over Jacksonville, as the Bulls recorded a 9-4 victory Wednesday night.
- Sam Worrell and Mia Fung both hit home runs against Jacksonville. Fung and Erica Nunn led the team with two hits and two RBIs each, while Worrell and Cassidy Boyle also added two RBIs each in the game.
- Freshman Cheyenne Eggens (3-0) picked up the win in 5.1 innings. She gave up just four runs, three earned, on five hits in just her second start of the season.
